Drip, drip, drip went the water slowly leaking from the ceiling.
By early morning, the soft trickle grew stronger and WOOSH!
Dame Lola had her own personal waterfall in the shop!
The only mermaids swimming in this pond
were the mannequins dressed in our beautiful Rebecca Taylor,
Black Label and Sweet Soul clothes.

So we did what any fashionista worth her salt would do.
We tugged on our fabulous rain boots.
grabbed a mop and got to work.
No Dame Lola Gal would let a little water dampen her spirits!
Tragic as this may seem, us gals are far too busy
reinventing our favorite home away from home
(our shop of course!) to shed a tear.

We will be back in no time at all,
with even more fabulous fashion than ever!
